TERMS OF SERVICE

PRODUCTS
- Product will be provided digitally to an email address, Discord account, or other mutually agreed upon method of contact.
- It is the customers responsibility to store the product after its delivery, I cannot guarantee I will still have the file in the case of its loss.
- Unless requested not to, I may use commissioned pieces as an example of my work.PAYMENT
- I accept only USD payment via Paypal (invoice) or Ko-Fi. Any currency conversion costs or transfer fees are a responsibility of the customer.CORRECTIONS
- Customer has the right to up to two complete revisions during the sketching phase.
- Small changes or corrections are free up to a reasonable extent.
- Progress photos will be sent throughout the drawing process to give opportunity for feedback.COPYRIGHT
- Product is for personal use, and may not be used commercially. Reproductions of art (ex. keychains, prints) for strictly personal use is fine, but any resultant products are not permitted to be sold.
- Customer is not authorized to use this product in AI datasets or any blockchain technology, including but not limited to NFTs, GenAI, cryptocurrency etc.CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
- I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time, provided I fully refund the customer.
- If the customer wishes to cancel, a partial refund will be provided based on the amount of work done already.This is subject to change at any time.
